Most importantly, thank you for being part of our lives. We are so excited to have you join us as we enter into the sacrament of marriage. We are truly humbled to have so many amazing people along our paths with us; from childhood, high school, college, medical school, Florence, Baltimore, Colorado and the list goes on! As best things in life are often unplanned, this proved true for us free spirits as our winded paths led us to the Bronx, New York. In June of 2015 we both began our medical residencies starting on our respective 5 year paths of emergency & family medicine (Morgan) and general surgery (Nick). In the midst of some long hours and innumerable shifts at 'the Barn' with focus on careers we found each other with open minds and open hearts. God and the universe works in mysterious ways and we are so very thankful for being brought together. Our relationship blossomed with our shared love of adventure, travel, delicious food, laughter and a good cocktail. We are both grounded and blessed by amazing families and an extended family of friends which have helped shape us both. Our proposal was on a beautiful Saturday afternoon as we walked across the Williamsburg bridge in between Manhattan and Brooklyn...of course on the way to a foodie fest. Our first tried ramen burger will always be a tasty reminder of the surprise and awesomeness of our day! We are thankful for each day given and look forward to navigating what the future holds intertwined as one. Building the wedding invite list has been a time of reflection on all those who have touched our lives along the way, everyone we are blessed to call family and friend. We understand that our wedding will be a bigger trip for some as we bring east and west coast together. Total understanding and no worries if the travel is too much but wanted you all to know how much you mean to us and of course we would love to have ya'll there! We happily look forward to celebrating our unification with everyone we love the most. Get your food bags and dancing shoes on :) With love and brimming hearts, Nick and Morgan RSVP appreciated by mail. Please use enclosed card in invitation. Thank you!
